I watched THRASHIN’ in high school during the 4AM WB slot when they would play all the shitty exploitation movies. This movie had it all: new wave Tony Hawk, blonde beach babes, George Clinton-era RHCP playing a house show, lethal skate punk gangs, and the best downhill skateboard race you have ever fucking seen. I just found out that JOSH BROLIN had the leading role, solidifying its place as one of the greatest films of all time.
